Conditions of Service

On commencing employment with the Company all new employees will be supplied with a written contract detailing their individual Terms and Conditions of Employment. However, applicants may find the following details on the main terms useful when considering whether or not to apply:
Place of Work
All employees are based at the Head Office on Meadow Lane in Long Eaton. Smoking
is not allowed in any building on site.
Payment
Salary is paid monthly by credit transfer on the last working day of each
month.
Hours of work
Most office based employees will start work at 8.00 /8.30 am and work either
37.5 or 39 hour week. If employed within manufacturing an alternating 6.00
am – 2.00pm /2.00 – 10.00 p.m. 39 hour per week shift system predominates.
Holidays
Annual entitlement for a full-time employee for the holiday year commencing
1 January is 25 days, plus eight statutory holidays. The Company reserves
the right to allocate some holiday entitlement to Company Shutdown periods
operating throughout the year.
Life Assurance Cover
All employees are automatically covered from their first day for death in
service benefits
