Our Customer Support Group is responsible for providing technical support for I Holland products, to both our customers and our agents, ensuring that customers receive specific, tailored tooling solutions, to match their manufacturing needs.
By ‘getting it right first time’, delays and problems can be avoided at a later stage and by drawing on the advice and recommendations of CSG, customers can save valuable time and money in the manufacturing process.
Our technical experts in CSG are on hand as a centralised knowledge base, to pro-actively ensure that the entire process runs smoothly. CSG work closely with other I Holland departments, from the time a query is registered or a quotation requested, right through to the aftercare support and training.
