Standard Tablet Tooling

I Holland have been providing technically advanced, high-end tableting solutions for a long time and we are proud of our reputation, but we also use the same high quality steel and apply the same exacting standards to every tableting tool we manufacture. We produce Punches and Dies to fit any tablet press worldwide so if you produce tablets, we can supply the punches.

With I Holland shaped (and multi-tipped) tablet tooling, interchangeability comes as standard. Our machining techniques mean the position of the keyway relative to the punch tips is extremely accurate resulting in reduced tooling set-up and re-tooling times; even allowing for random loading of upper punches and spares.

By using a special die alignment tool, the dies can be fitted to the tablet press rapidly without using the upper punch to align the dies. The upper and lower punches can then be mounted in the tablet press immediately without the need for adjustment.
