Polishing tablet punches takes up valuable time and can be a Health &
Safety risk.
I Holland recognise the considerable value of punches and the importance of
keeping them in excellent condition. We are therefore pleased to be able to
offer an extensive range of automatic Micro-Fine polishing machines.
Using a simple yet effective process, tablet punches are loaded into specially designed fixtures which are then rotated through a compound of particles to achieve a Micro-Fine finish. Up to 60 punches can be polished in one cycle (approx. 30 minutes) with consistent results every time.
The Pharma range of MF Polishers are designed exclusively for the pharmaceutical industry. Encased in stainless steel, this new range (is) offers the benefit of a fully enclosed operational area with a stainless steel hood to contain any dust particles and an optional extractor fan.
The MF Polishers are ideal for use in the punch and die maintenance room offering many benefits including smoother operation and improved efficiency within the tablet press, reduced polishing man-hours and less risk of 'over-polishing'.
All models are now available with user friendly touch screen operation in different languages AT NO EXTRA COST.
