Interchangeable Shaped Tooling

I Holland is delighted to offer all shaped and multi-tipped tooling that is interchangeable as standard. Specially developed machining techniques mean the position of the keyway relative to the punch tips is extremely accurate resulting in reduced tooling set-up and re-tooling times and even allowing for random loading of upper punches and spares.

By using a special die fitting tool, the dies can be fitted to the tablet press rapidly without using the upper punch to align the dies. The upper and lower punches can then be mounted in the press immediately without the need for adjustment.
