In order to share the benefit of our years of experience and assist customers in the identification and solving of tabletting issues, I Holland has developed a suite of training material to share with our customers. We are able to offer a wide range of tuition and installation support whether it be at our training facility in Nottingham, England or on-site at customer’s factories. Our tool maintenance experts can usually help our customers recognise, diagnose and correct many tooling and tabletting issues before they become a problem that will seriously affect press downtime and output levels.

Troubleshooting in Tablet Tooling Seminar March 2012

I Holland's popular Troubleshooting in Tablet Tooling seminar returns in 2012. Held at the I Holland manufacturing plant in Nottingham, England it will run on the 14th and 15th of March. The programme approaches troubleshooting from a tablet manufacturer's point of view which is designed to assist in reducing down time by the early recognition of tooling and tabletting issues. There is also a practical element, a tour of the plant and a hands on session to demonstrate the I Holland PharmaCare 7-Step Process of tooling care and maintenance. This offers a taster of the more detailed maintenance course, 1 To 1 sessions with I Holland's experts and a complimentary copy of the Eurostandard Educational Collection are also included.

I Holland provide a range of seminars and training courses held throughout the year delivering bespoke tailored courses in addition to the programmed seminars. These customised courses can incorporate any of the following elements and more: troubleshooting tabletting problems; troubleshooting tooling problems; recommended procedures for handling, cleaning and storing punches and dies; 7 Step process; punch and die maintenance and polishing (practical); tool room evaluation and mini visual tooling audit (if held at customer site). The courses can be held on dates to suit, either at I Holland's well appointed training suite or the customer's site and are delivered by one of I Holland's fully trained Customer Support Group specialists.
